Groundcrew is a landing page and console-screen set for an ops product built on the opposite idea: every exception lands on a board as a strip, rules clear the routine automatically, anything over a limit holds for its named approver, and every decision seals a one-line trail you can hand to an accountant. The demo Monday reconciles to the strip — 30 landed, 23 cleared (19 auto, 4 human), 7 holding — and one refund is traced end to end from request to executed decision. Deliberately light-themed, screen-heavy, and config-driven throughout.
