We collect the minimum needed to sell you a kit and support you afterwards. No ad tracking, no selling data — here's the full picture.

What we collect
Your email address (and optionally a name) when you create an account or buy a kit; order details from our payment processor when you make a purchase; whatever you write to us in the setup-request or contact forms; and standard server logs. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.
What it's used for
Delivering purchases and download access, emailing you single-use sign-in links, sending receipts and order emails, answering support requests, and keeping the service secure. That's it — we don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.
Services we rely on
Like most small products, we build on a few well-known services that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics), Neon (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments and receipts, as merchant of record), Resend (transactional email), and our form provider, which delivers the setup-request and contact messages you send us. If you create an account, Better Auth handles sign-in — and, where we enable it, its hosted dashboard helps us manage accounts and sessions. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
One cookie, for one purpose: keeping you signed in to your account. Our traffic analytics is aggregate and cookieless, so there are no analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Your choices
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email support@eastbase.studio from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. Note that order records may be retained where required for tax and accounting.
