Terms of Service

The plain-language rules that apply when you use this site, create an account, or buy a kit. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy — we'd rather answer a question than argue about fine print.

01

Who we are

Eastbase Kits is a product line of Eastbase Studio. You can reach us any time at support@eastbase.studio.

02

What we sell

We sell digital website template kits — downloadable Next.js source code with configuration files, guides, and a launch checklist — and optional setup services where we help you get a kit live. Kits are digital goods delivered as downloads; nothing physical ships.

03

Accounts

Accounts use passwordless email sign-in. Keep access to your email inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Use a real address you control; your purchases are linked to it. You're responsible for activity under your account.

04

Purchases and licenses

Buying a kit grants you a license to use it, described in the Kit License. The license key you receive is personal to your purchase — don't share it. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

05

Acceptable use

Don't redistribute or resell kit source code, share license keys, or use the site to probe, disrupt, or abuse the service. We may revoke access for abuse — and refund where that's the fair outcome.

06

Refunds

Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. The short version: if a kit doesn't work as described, we'll make it right or refund you.

07

Disclaimers and liability

Kits are provided as-is. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee they fit every project or run in every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

08

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be noted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
