Refund Policy

Digital goods can't be returned, so we keep this simple instead: if a kit doesn't work as described, we'll fix it or refund it.

01

The short version

Email us within 14 days of buying a kit and we'll make it right — usually by fixing the problem, and by refunding you when we can't. We'd rather lose a sale than have you feel stuck with something that didn't do what we said it would.

02

Kit purchases

Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored when the kit doesn't work as described or you genuinely can't use it. Tell us what went wrong first — most setup issues are fixable within a reply or two, and we'll happily help. After a refund, the kit's license key is deactivated and download access is removed.

03

Setup services

Setup packages are refundable in full any time before work begins. Once work has started, we'll settle fairly based on what's been done — talk to us and we'll find the reasonable outcome.

04

How to request a refund

Email support@eastbase.studio from the address you bought with, including the kit name and a short note on what went wrong. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
